TCG140 is a GSM-GPRS remote I / O module for distributed monitoring and control over the mobile network. The module can be used as an independent device or as part of data monitoring systems (SCADA).
The GSM / GPRS remote's I / O module has two digital "dry contact" inputs, two analog inputs with 0-10VDC and two analog inputs with 0-10V or 0-20mA. The analog input mode can be done via the GUI.
The device supports 1-Wire and RS485 (MODBUS RTU) interfaces. Both interfaces can have up to 8 sensors divided between the two interfaces in a random relationship.
The device records all monitored parameters in internal FLASH memory. The records are made at the previous set time interval and / or in an alarm mode. The log file can be periodically uploaded to a dedicated server using HTTP Mail.
The device has four relays with NO and NC contacts. The relays can be enabled externally (SMS, Cold or HTTP API command) or locally. For local activation, one of the monitored parameters is assigned to the relay - the alarm state of the parameter activates the relay.
The TCG140 can start a connection (HTTP Post) for remote dedicated servers. The payment load for this is an XML file, with current values for monitored parameters. The HTTP content can be sent periodically or under alarm conditions. In response to the HTTP content, an HTTP API command can be returned for relay activation or modification of some settings.
In addition to the HTTP Post alert, the device can send SMS and / or email as an additional warning to a maximum of 5 SMS and email recipients.
