The EPC-JETSON-IP66-4POE is a robust, IP66 waterproof edge AI computer based on the NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX or Orin™ Nano. The series is tailored for demanding applications such as smart city installations, AI inspection in food factories, perception units for outdoor robots, and ADAS for off-highway vehicles. Its compact design combines durability and AI performance at a competitive price, featuring an optimized mechanical design, rugged waterproof connectors, and a standardized cable kit.

Powered by the NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX, the EPC-JETSON-IP66-4POE delivers up to 100 sparse TOPS (INT8) AI inference capability. The platform supports parallel processing of up to 18 simultaneous 1080p video streams, making it ideal for complex image analysis projects. Its advanced architecture leverages NVIDIA’s Deep Learning Accelerator (DLA), enabling efficient AI computation with low power consumption, making the system suitable for battery-powered and mobile applications.

Camera and Sensor Integration

The EPC-JETSON-161V-IP66 supports 6x GMSL2 automotive cameras with pre-configured drivers for CMOS sensors such as IMX390, ISX031, and IMX490, ensuring quick and seamless integration. For applications requiring GigE IP cameras, the EPC-JETSON-162S-IP66 offers 4x PoE+ GbE ports with up to 25.5 W per port for power-demanding devices. Additionally, both models feature a dedicated waterproof GbE port for high-speed data transmission between external computers, LiDAR, or other sensors.

The system offers a flexible hardware platform with:

 

- M.2 B-key socket for 4G LTE/5G NR modules, enabling fast wireless communication.  

- miniPCIe slot, compatible with CAN bus, serial communication modules, or WiFi adapters, providing adaptability to various network and data acquisition needs.  

- CAN FD port and RS232 port, making it ideal for industrial applications and automated vehicles.
