Pt1000 transmitter -50 - +300°C for 2 wire and 3 wire Pt1000 sensor, 4-20mA, DC 16 - 36VDC for wire loop

Thermal resistance current transmission module for Pt1000
Power supply: 16 - 36VDC (two-wire loop power supply)
Output: 4 - 20mA
Connect I+ and GND I- to A/D input.
If A/D input is 0-10V, connect 125ohm across input
It will give 0-10V across the 125ohm resistor
For 2 - 3 lead platinum resistance PT1000 temperature sensor
Additional Pt1000 temperature sensor
Accuracy: 0.2% FS Related to the accuracy level of the connected platinum resistor

Function descriptions:

Built-in anti-reverse connection circuit, outputs 0mA current when the power supply is connected reversely.

Built-in π-type EMI filter circuit, surge absorption voltage 36V, can handle most industrial interference signals.

The terminals are made of nickel-plated copper stamping parts, and the outer sheath is made of technical flame-retardant plastic.

The transmission module uses a two-wire loop for power supply which is taken from the 16 - 36VDC.

If the actual power consumption is less than 14V, it will affect the transmission accuracy, and if it is less than 10V, it will not work.

Allowable wire resistance: ≤0.5Ω

Use a mirror current source to compensate for line signal deviation.

When the wire resistance is >1Ω, it will cause a large deviation in the measurement.

The analog multiplication circuit realizes linearization of platinum resistance signals and achieves a good linear output of 4~20mA signals with non-linearity ≤0.05%
