High-quality network switch despite its compact size. The ESW20G-POE+2SFP is a Layer 2/4 Managed Gigabit Switch that provides high performance.
The administrator can flexibly select the appropriate SFP (100/1000Mbps) transceiver according to the transmission distance or transmission speed required to expand the network effectively. In addition, the ESW20G-POE+2SFP series can handle large amounts of data in a secure topology that links to backbone or high-capacity servers for ISP and VoIP, video streaming and multicast applications.

Redundant Ring, fast recovery for critical network applications

The ESW20G-POE+2SFP series supports redundant Ring technology and has strong, fast self-recovery function to prevent interruptions and external intrusions. It incorporates advanced ITU-T G.8032 ERPS (Ethernet Ring Protection Switching) technology and Spanning Tree Protocol (802.1s MSTP) into the customer's network to improve system reliability and uptime in harsh environments. In a certain simple Ring network, the recovery time can be less than 50ms to quickly bring the network back to normal operation.
