Ved at indsætte ETH-POE24U kan PoE udstyr strømforsynes uden at skifte netværksswitchen ud. Der er ingen forbindelse mellem de enkelte porte, så den kan bruges til flere forskellige netværk.

Understøtter IEEE802.3at (30W) og er bagud kompatibel med 802.3af (15,4W) PoE-standarderne.
